NOTE
It is important to note that this is not a software training course. Project Planners need to know planning and scheduling principles first before scheduling software can be used effectively. The well-known adage – garbage in, garbage out – is seldom as relevant as with using scheduling software. If quality principles are not used, schedules will be prone to problems and inaccurate, and can cause huge losses for a project team.
The course is based on the book: Practical Project Scheduling, specifically written for this purpose. Every course delegate receives a free copy.
The hybrid self study course facilitates knowledge retention & accommodates working individuals. This effective self-study model is supported by eleven online lectures and 6 assignments.
